This page explains what Edmonton Property Assessment collects when you use this site, why, and how you can control it. If anything here isn't clear, contact Ryan McCann directly using the details at the bottom of this page.

What we collect

• Property address you enter or select, used to look up your property's City of Edmonton record.
• Property details you confirm or add — bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, renovations, and similar — used to build your evaluation.
• Name, email, and phone number (phone is optional), collected only when you choose to unlock your full report or request an in-home evaluation.
• Standard technical data — your IP address and browser type — logged automatically with any request, the same as almost any website.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not ask for or store any financial or payment information.

How we use it

• To generate your positioning range and the interactive report you requested.
• To email you a copy of your report and, if you request one, follow up about an in-home evaluation.
• To send a monthly neighbourhood and value update — only if you checked that box when unlocking your report. Every monthly email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately, no confirmation step required.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.

Who else sees it

A short list of services this site relies on to work, each of which processes a narrow slice of the data above on our behalf:

• Resend — delivers the report and monthly update emails.
• Google Fonts — hosts the typefaces used on this page; loading a font sends your IP address to Google the same way any embedded font or image would.
• City of Edmonton Open Data and the CREA DDF® MLS feed — public property and listing data sources this site queries to build your report. Your own information is never sent to either of these.

How long we keep it

Lead and report records are kept so we can answer questions about a report we already sent you and, where applicable, continue a monthly update you opted into. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us and we'll remove it, other than what we're required to keep for legal or accounting purposes.

Your choices

• Providing your name, email, and phone is required only to unlock a full report or request an evaluation — browsing the site and seeing your preliminary range does not require any of this.
• The monthly update is opt-in, never automatic, and can be turned off anytime with one click from any monthly email.
• You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
